Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order cancellation

  • You can cancel your order only if the products are not shipped. You can place cancellation request in Order Status page navigating through My Orders tab or clicking on order_status link received through email or reply to our order confirmation email requesting cancellation.


  • We do not accept returns once the product has been shipped. However, under rare circumstances we might consider your request. Contact us as soon as you can, to make it easier for you and TIY.


  • If you are eligible for refunds, we will usually refund 100% of your invoice amount on the same day.
